Insendi, a Study Group Company, is pleased to announce a new partnership with Linfield University, a forward-thinking institution based in Oregon, United States, to deliver pedagogically focused online learning programs supporting the university’s vision for positive change in the world.
The first course launched under the partnership will be a Trauma-Informed Community Development (TICD) program, launching in Autumn 2022 and delivered via the insendi learning platform. Informed by the impact of community trauma on residents’ lives, a significant public health issue, the program will help participants develop the skills to build greater social cohesion and foster community resiliency in deprived neighbourhoods.
Developed in partnership with the Neighbourhood Resilience Project (NRP), the program will support participants from four main groups - NGOs, community activists, government employees, and community residents.
